Green Valley Projects is classified as Non-Government Company and is registered as a Partnership Firm in Register of Firms, Medchal-Malkajri Dist. Telengana, India.

It is involved in Development of Plots with the approval of HMDA/DTCP. All our projects registered with TSRERA.

1.Executed Sale Deed for 4 Acres of land on Green Valley Projects name, HMDA approved for Draft Layout On 10-09-2020 duly verifying all the documents. All the development works have been completed as per HMDA Norms within 6 months and mooted file for final approval on through verification of Layout development HMDA released Mortgage and accorded final approval on 15-02-2022.85% of the Plots have been Sold and executed Sale Deeds on customers name. This project is in between Maheswaram to Pulumamidi Village. Project name is Green Garden-I

2.Another HMDA project of 10 Acres have been taken for marketing except Mortgage all the Plots have been Sold. This project is in between Maheswaram to Banjaragadda Thanda Village . This project Name is Green Garden-II

On Going Projects:

DTCP total venture has been purchased from the investors for outrate and layout developed as per the specifications of HMDA though it is approved by DTCP i.e. Under Ground Drainage, Each Plot Tap Connection though it is a DTCP Layout, Footpath Curbing, laid Footpath Tiles with Plantation, Eructed Transformer with the sanction of TSSPDCL, Installation of Electrical Poles with LED Lights, Constructed Grand Entrance Arch with compound wall. Provided 24/7 Security for the Layout and watering of Plants. Nearly 350 Plants were planted in Green Garden-III Venture. The Venture is located in Amangal Municipality Limits of Srisailam Highway.
