Completed Projects:
1.Executed Sale Deed for 4 Acres of land on Green Valley Projects name, HMDA approved for Draft Layout On 10-09-2020 duly verifying all the documents. All the development works have been completed as per HMDA Norms within 6 months and mooted file for final approval on through verification of Layout development HMDA released Mortgage and accorded final approval on 15-02-2022.85% of the Plots have been Sold and executed Sale Deeds on customers name. This project is in between Maheswaram to Pulumamidi Village. Project name is Green Garden-I
2.Another HMDA project of 10 Acres have been taken for marketing except Mortgage all the Plots have been Sold. This project is in between Maheswaram to Banjaragadda Thanda Village . This project Name is Green Garden-II
